Regulations for Shine Members of Sunshine Hotel

1. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to decide qualification of Shine Members of Sunshine Hotel, category of preferential treatment and service content for them according to the actual situation.

2. All of preferential treatment items, services, articles and detailed rules in the Shine Plan of Sunshine Hotel are only applicable for Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel.

3. The articles and detailed rules for Shine Members of Sunshine Hotel shall be in conformity with relevant laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China.

4. If any Shine Member or applicant of Sunshine is in breach of laws, regulations and rules of the People’s Republic of China, the membership or qualification of applicant will be revoked.

5. This plan is open ended. If Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel decides to terminate the plan, it may declare to terminate the services for Shine Members with or without prior written notice. Shine Members may continue to enjoy preferential treatments and services of the plan within six months after the Shine Plan’s declared termination.

6. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to supplement, modify, alter or cancel any or all articles, detailed rules, or service programs, on its own discretion, with or without prior notice.

7. The Shine Plan membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 old (individuals who have been accepted as guests of Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel and have accepted the relevant detailed rules and conditions of the Shine Plan). Enterprises, corporations, organizations or other entities are not eligible for membership.

8. The membership of Shine Plan is not transferable.

9. Shine Plan points belong to the member who generated the credit. Points are not transferable.

10. Points may only convert into services or benefits other than any currency equivalents. For points not converted after the termination of the plan or automatic cancellation of membership, the hotel will not be liable for any form of compensation.

11. The guest room charge of a Shine Member occurred in Sunshine Hotel may be converted into his points at the conversion rate RMB 1 = 1 point.

12. Once the points are converted, the corresponding points will be deducted from the account of this member.

13. A member can use his points to exchange accommodation in this hotel, provided that reservation is made and confirmed by this hotel. If a member withdraws his reservation of guest room before deadline, his points will not be deducted. However, if a member fails to cancel his reservation of accommodation before the deadline for reservation, and he has not used the reservation (empty room), or he cancels to convert reservation for accommodation after the deadline for reservation, the points equal to room booking for first night will be deducted from his member account.

14. For any and all disputes relating to points, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the final discretion.

15. Guests having been granted membership according to the articles and detailed rules of Shine Plan may enjoy any preferential treatment and service of Shine Plan after check-in at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel.

16. To benefit from the Shine Plan of Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel, members must indicate their membership and disclose the card number at the time of the room reservation, and produce the Shine Member Card during check-in procedures.

17. While Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel strives to ensure that all Shine Members can enjoy all benefits of the Shine Plan, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel is not be liable to compensate members if any plan benefits are unavailable for any reason.

18. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with the articles / detailed rules and / or the original purpose of this plan. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel also has the right to terminate the qualification of any member who conducts any activity not in conformity with local regulations and rules. Any member, if his membership is terminated, will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service stated in this plan.

19. If any member has not performed check-in at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel within 24 consecutive months, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel will not reserve his membership again and he will not enjoy any preferential treatment or service of Shine Plan. He may check in Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel to restore his membership to the level of Silver Card.

20. If the partners of Shine Plan change or terminate the plan, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel will not be liable for relevant obligations.

21. Any and all conditions or rules of the Shine Plan shall not indicate or imply, or shall not be construed as any intent of business partnership, agency or association between Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel and any partner.

22. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to Shine Plan.

Detailed Rules

Preferential Treatments and Service Items: 1. Prior to enjoying preferential treatment and services of the Shine Plan, members must have performed all check-in formalities and paid fees and charges as outlined in the detailed rules.; 2. To benefit from the Shine Plan of Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel, members must indicate their membership and disclose the card number at the time of the room reservation, and produce the Shine Member Card during check-in procedures.; 3. While Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel strives to ensure that all Shine Members can enjoy all benefits of the Shine Plan, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel is not be liable to compensate members if any plan benefits are unavailable for any reason.; 4. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel may at any time supplement or cancel any or all benefits of the Shine Plan with or without prior written notice.
Membership Categories: 1. Shine memberships divide into four categories: Silver Card, Gold Card, Platinum Card and Diamond Card.; 2. Guests checking into Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel more than once can join the Shine Plan to become Silver Card Members. Once Silver Card Membership is granted, new members receive a credit of 1000 points. Consequently, guests after any check-in in compliance with all relevant conditions (e.g. rates, promotion rates, company rates and membership rates) can earn points based on a system under which each 1 RMB guest room charge equals 1 point.; 3. Guests upgrading to Gold Card Membership receive 2000 points; Platinum Card Member upgrades receive 3000 points; Diamond Card Member upgrades receive 4000 points. Rewards depend on consumption levels.; 4. Shine Plan Silver Members having collected 8,000 points or more through guest room charges may be upgraded to Gold Card Membership. Gold Members of the Shine Plan can be upgraded to Platinum Membership if their accumulated guest room charges in Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel reach 30,000 points or more within 12 months. Platinum Members of the Shine Plan can be upgraded to Diamond Membershiop after accumulating guest room charges in Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel of 80,000 points or more within 12 months. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel may at its own discretion change the conditions without prior notice.; 5. To maintain membership, Silver Card Members shall add at least one point within 24 consecutive months to their account; Gold Card Members shall accumulate credits for at least five room nights at the required room rate; Platinum Card Members shall accumulate credits for a minimum of ten room nights at the required room rate; Diamond Card Members shall accumulate credits for a minimum of 15 room nights at the required room rate.; 6. Members of the Shine Plan making numerous guestroom reservations in their name at the same time, may obtain the points only for their own check-in.
Personal Information: 1. All members of the Shine Plan agree that Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel may use their personal information for internal marketing purposes. Members also agree to the subsequent handling and/or transmission of personal information/data to regions other than Hong Kong.; 2. The applicant’s signature on the Shine Member Registration Form indicates the applicant’s/member’s authorization that Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel Group may use or disclose personal information to partners and/or for special promotion efforts.
Detailed Rules: 1. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to change, modify, or amend any or all conditions of the Shine Member Plan, or to withhold any or all services with or without prior or subsequent notice to Shine Plan members.; 2. The preferential treatment items, services and articles, as outlined in the plan, are only applicable at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel.; 3. All articles and rules for the Shine Membership shall be governed and construed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.; 4. Shine Members or applicants who are in conflict with laws and/or regulations of the P.R.C. shall have their membership or application qualification privileges revoked.; 5. The Shine Plan is open ended. If Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel decides to terminate the plan, it may declare to terminate the services for Shine Members with or without prior written notice. Shine Members may continue to enjoy preferential treatments and services of the plan within six months after the Shine Plan’s declared termination.; 6. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to supplement, modify, alter or cancel any or all articles, detailed rules, or service programs, on its own discretion, with or without prior notice.; 7. The Shine Plan membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 old (individuals who have been accepted as guests of Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel and have accepted the relevant detailed rules and conditions of the Shine Plan). Shine Members are entitled to enjoy preferential treatments and services offered in the Shine Plan only based on the conditions and detailed rules of the Shine Plan.; 13. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to terminate the membership of any Shine Plan member conducting activities that are not in conformity with the conditions and detailed rules, or the original intention of the plan. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel has the right to terminate the membership of any Shine Plan member who conducts activities that are not in conformity with local rules and regulations. Persons stripped of their membership shall not enjoy any preferential treatments or services as stated in the plan.; 14. Members who have not checked-in at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel within 24 consecutive months are removed from the member list and shall not enjoy preferential treatments of Shine Plan based on their membership level anymore. Former members may check in at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel and obtain the Silver Card membership level.; 15. If partners of the Shine Plan change or terminate services or service items, Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel is not liable to grant former responsibilities and/or service or membership obligations.; 16. Any and all conditions or rules of the Shine Plan shall not indicate or imply, or shall not be construed as any intent of business partnership, agency or association between Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel and any partner.; 17. Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel reserves the right of final interpretation to this plan.
